A strange sensation washed over me
A time eroded away amid the rain
An impermanent feeling fell o'er me
As I bask in the comfort that wains
A thought struck hard and fast
A face looked into again
An empty heart with you I came
As I stepped through the looking glass
A life lived and spent time went
A wish for something different too
I can't understand what the feeling meant
I don't wish for permanence with you
